Frequently asked questions
What is the cheapest endless data plan in NZ?
The cheapest endless plan we list is Contact Energy mobile Small (Endless) at $35 per month (5GB/mo + endless).
What is the difference between endless and unlimited data?
Unlimited plans let you use as much data as you like at the plan’s full speed (subject to fair use). Endless plans give you a set full-speed allowance, then slow you down, usually to about 1.2Mbps, until your next period.
Is 1.2Mbps fast enough?
It’s fine for messaging, email, maps and music streaming. Web pages load more slowly, and video streams in low quality at best.
